This Friday, Börse Stuttgart, the second largest stock exchange in Germany, declared plans for a no-fee crypto trading application name Bison. Initially, the app will be handling only major cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ripple.
The news was released by Swoba Labs, a subsidiary of Börse Stuttgart. The firm plans to eventually develop the app to include smaller-cap cryptocurrencies as well. The application will first be released in Germany and later be adopted to English-speaking countries.
“Bison makes trading in digital currencies easy. It is the first crypto app in the world to have a traditional stock exchange behind it.” – Managing Director of Swoba Labs Ulli Spankowski.
The firm hopes the app will be very user-friendly and make the investing process simple and mobile.
“With Bison, registering and providing proof of identity is less complicated,” said Mr. Spankowski.
Additionally, the application will offer a “Cryptoradar” service that uses intelligent software to provide the users with important news from social media.
The service is expected to compete with Robinhood’s recently released no-fee cryptocurrency trading application, Cobinhood.
